As it turned out, Brooke and Shaunna recommended I try out b.Well and they were so right in thinking I would enjoy it. I have been there ever since and call it my happy place. I have learned so much and am definitely on a new path that I love. If you have been curious about what they do this will give you a little taste of what it looks like.
One thing that this determined mom has reminded me is that getting, being and staying healthy and well does not happen automatically. I gotta do more than think about it and sort of try. It takes a time commitment that as moms can be hard to carve out. But Shaunna inspires with her can do attitude and encouragement each day I show up. I don’t think twice about going or not going. I schedule my workout times in first and I don’t look back.
When I meet and get to know an inspirational mom, I really want to ask her, “How do you do it?” I am constantly amazed by the strength women have to play so many different roles simultaneously. No different with Shaunna. So, with no further ado, I will let her inspire you.
JT: What gets you up in the morning?
JT: What keeps you going in challenging times?
JT: How does your strong body serve you?
JT: How much work does it take to get there and stay there?
JT: What would you tell a woman who was feeling stuck or uncomfortable in her body and wanted to make some positive changes?
JT: What are the benefits of having your husband in the same business?
JT: Do you find women can be successful training solo if the motivation is there?
JT: In what ways does your strength make you stronger in other areas of your life?
Thanks for sharing Shaunna and being vulnerable enough to be photographed in this way. I know you will inspire many with your strength… all versions of it!!
Stay tuned all for other stories of unstoppable women. xo julie
